We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (where available)

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on orders over $49.99 (US only).

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

Pet Tribe is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier delays, natural disasters, or other events outside our control. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
