We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Do not send your item back before contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Original packaging must be intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will make it right.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
